The Old Crown

Fantastic family meal for my Husband&apos;s birthday. Lovely welcome and atmosphere. We had the Ultimate Tikka Fries (huuuuge portion, absolutely delicious), Chicken Tikka Skewers and the Cheese and Bacon burger. Sharon was so friendly and accommodating, made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend The Old Crown and will definitely be back.

Really good food,very clean place, welcoming atmosphere,generous portions, fairly priced and the waitress Sharon was lovely and friendly the other staff were also very helpful but didn&apos;t catch their names would definitely recommend.

The old crown is very good

Had a family meal tonight for my nephew&apos;s 1st birthday. The food was brilliant, portions are big and the menu is that little bit different to most "pub food". The lady who served us was very friendly and made us laugh. We had a birthday cake and they brought over the cake, sang happy birthday with us and gave us plates and spoons for everyone and some double cream on the house.

Fantastic meal, walked in on the off chance, really busy but they found us a table. Service was quick and staff so friendly. Steak and ale pie was just amazing! Sharon was so attentive and really looks  after everyone, would absolutely recommend to eat and drink here, so lucky this is one of our locals 10/10.

Great food and service

Our first visit was enjoyable. This is an old pub which has been tastefully updated inside.  The service was friendly and efficient and the food was excellent.

Very enjoyable we will visit again.
